Our Incoloy 825 flanges meet the ASTM B564 / ASME SB564 specifications. They come in standard dimensions like ANSI B16.5, BS 1560, IS 6392, DIN, and others. The chemical makeup includes 38–46% nickel, 19.5–23.5% chromium, and 22% iron, with added copper (1.5–3.0%) and titanium (0.06–1.2%). These elements enhance the material's ability to resist oxidation and pitting. Mechanically, they show a tensile strength of 80,000 psi, yield strength of 32,000 psi, and 30% elongation. It functions well under high heat and pressure because of their melting point of 1400°C and density of 8.14 g/cm³.
