Incoloy 800 / 800H/800HT Flanges
Sheetal Industries a reliable manufacturer and supplier of Incoloy 800, 800H and 800HT flanges. These flanges are produced from nickel-iron-chromium alloys for use in high temperature and corrosive conditions. Incoloy 800 is the original grade, whereas 800H and 800HT are their corresponding high-temperature versions. All three grades share similar chemical elements nickel (30–35%), chromium (19–23%), and iron as the balance along with trace elements like aluminum and titanium (0.15–0.60%) that enhance strength. Their mechanical properties include a tensile strength of 75,000 psi, yield strength of 30,000 psi, and elongation of 30%, which makes them strong, ductile, and dependable under stress. These flanges have a high melting point of 1385°C providing superior structural stability under high temperatures.

Sizes can vary from ½" to 48" and pressure ratings from class 150 to 2500. All flanges conform to ASTM B564 and ASME B16.5, B16.47, and B16.48 standards. These flanges are known for their outstanding resistance to oxidation, carburization, and nitriding in high-temperature service. The addition of carbon in 800H (0.05–0.10%) and a more controlled combination of aluminum and titanium in 800HT enhances their creep and rupture strength. This makes them a top choice for applications involving long exposure to heat and pressure.
Incoloy 800 series flanges find extensive applications in the oil and gas field, petrochemical facilities, power generation stations, and heat treating equipment.
