Copper Nickel 90/10 Fasteners from Sheetal Industries offer outstanding corrosion resistance and long-lasting strength. We manufacture and supply fastener that meet global quality standards. Made from a copper-nickel alloy containing 90% copper and 10% nickel these fasteners perform well in marine and chemical environments. Their chemical composition includes 88.6% copper (min), 9–11% nickel and small amounts of iron, manganese and zinc. With a tensile strength of 50,000 psi and a yield strength of 20,000 psi it can handle heavy stress while maintaining 30% elongation. Their density is 0.323 lb/in³ and a melting point is 2260°F.
